Responsible for managing day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of quality and ensuring a positive environment which provides consistent fast, efficient and friendly service for customers. Achieves sales and profit goals established for the department.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS DEGREES High School Diploma (Required) or equivalent (GED). JOB EXPERIENCE Two years restaurant/food service experience required with at least one year in a lead or supervisory role. Food Safety Certification (ServSafe) completed within 3 months required.RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIESEnsures and is accountable for profitability of the department by growing sales through the delivery of top-quality products and controlling costs of goods, inventory levels, labor, supplies and expenses.Oversees all cash management functions. Able to perform all POS duties, preparation of food and beverages according to standard procedures, including opening and closing procedures.Maintains proper loss prevention standards, reviewing cash handling procedures and managing inventory.Maintains a clean, well-merchandised store.Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws and ordinances.Ensure positive guest experience in all areas; respond to complaints and encourage customer feedback.Responsible for department management including staffing, training, scheduling, performance management and career development of associates, and developing and monitoring department goals.
