div divspanspanspanbspanspanGENERAL SUMMARY/span/span/bspanspan: The clinical nurse, under the ANA scope of practice utilizes the framework of the nursing process to provide professional nursing care by incorporating patient-family centered care principles. The Clinical Nurse provides quality patient care under the direction of the Nurse Leader according to Beaumont policies and procedures./span/span/span/span/spanspanspanspanbspanspanUNIT SUMMARY:/span/span/b/span/span/spanspanspanspanspanspanspanThe In -Patient Physical Rehab Unit is 20 bed unit. The rehab unit is an elective unit which accepts both in hospital and out of hospital referrals based on criteria and insurance authorizations. A wide variety of Rehabilitations Services are provided by a Multidisciplinary Team in the in-patient setting. Nursing ratio differ per shift 1:4-1 on Days/Afternoons and 1:6-7 on Midnights.
