h3Working/Functional Title/h3 RN Practice Plan Manager h3Position Summary/h3 The successful candidate will provide leadership and manage and maintain clinic productivity and performance standards through effective management practices in accordance to MSU Health Care (MSU HealthTeam) goals and objectives; will oversee the management to the MSU Health Care (MSU HealthTeam) clinics to ensure compliance, efficiency and patient satisfaction; will act as a lead EHR resource across all MSU Health Care (MSU HealthTeam) clinics; directs, supervises and coaches regular performance management activities of clinic manager and clinic staff performs project directions for MSU Health Care (MSU HealthTeam) clinic operations; develops project timelines; will communicate, plans and execute MSU Health Care (MSU HealthTeam) strategic initiatives; will utilize pertinent information and data in the development of policies, metrics and procedures to enhance patient centered care, quality and cost; oversee the management of human and material resources and is responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of MSU Health Care (MSU HealthTeam) clinic daily operations. h3Unit Specific Education/Experience/Skills/h3 Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program in Business or Healthcare administration or a related field; three to five years of practice management experience in multi-specialty medical group practice or health facility involving physician practice, including experience in organizational and management practice, financial systems, budgetary management, strategic planning and implementation, information systems, current health delivery systems, quality improvement processes, and supervision; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. h3Desired Qualifications/h3 A Master''s degree; experience in medical group practice leadership and management; excellent supervisory skills; demonstrated ability in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to practice operations, patient care practices, and performance improvement; possession of a current license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Michigan. h3Work Hours/h3 STANDARD 8-5 h3Summary of Health Risks/h3 Exposure to human blood, serum, tissue and other body fluids; and materials covered under Universal Precautions; TB risk or work within three feet of patients in a health care setting; wear a respirator. h3Bidding Eligibility ends 11/13/18 at 11:55 PM/h3
