Reporting directly to the Director of Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS), the Executive Secretary provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. You would serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the office of the Director of CAPS, as well as organizing and coordinating executive outreach and external relations efforts; and handling special projects.

We may assign projects for you to lead from conception to completion, under pressure at times, while handling a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Unit Specific Education/Experience/Skills
Knowledge normally acquired through a high school education with course work in word processing, typing, shorthand, and grammar; five to eight years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in maintaining account ledgers, word processing, editing, composing correspondence, taking dictation, spreadsheet, database, desktop publishing, and/or presentation software; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
