As the State Administrative Manager for Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure Services, this position will provide management and technical oversight of the organizations infrastructure and information technology section supporting strategic and tactical business objectives. This position will assist to develop and implement the organization’s IT vision, long-term strategy, and IT program development. This position will be responsible for overseeing the Cloud Automation, Enterprise Containers, and the NGDI Network Infrastructure teams. It will also be responsible and participating in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Michigan Cloud Management Program and the Enterprise Infrastructure Improvement program that supports the Enterprise Information Management program. This position will assist with driving the State of Michigan Digital Strategy. This State Administrative Manager serves as an advisor on complex IT projects involving other State agencies and/or external organizations/stakeholder.

- Knowledge of information security and technology platforms, guidelines, and procedures.

- Knowledge of existing State and agency IT security policies and procedures.

Education Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
Experience Four years of professional experience, including two years equivalent to the experienced (P11) level or one year equivalent to the advanced (12) level.
Alternate Education and Experience
Education level typically acquired through completion of high school and two years of safety and regulatory or law enforcement experience at the 14 level; or, one year of safety and regulatory or law enforcement experience at the 15 level, may be substituted for the education and experience requirements.
