Reflects these goals, as appropriate, in the annual and long-range business plans./librliProvides support for driving business decisions as a partner to the President of the Americas business and the broader Americas leadership team./librliActs as a key contributor to analysis of strategic pricing, marketing programs, spending rationalization, vendor negotiation, competitive reviews, sales compensation, business performance forecasting, and channel performance./librliOversees and ensures compliance with all accounting standards; including U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley./librliOversees and ensures the accuracy and integrity of the monthly financial statements, financial close process, policies, procedures and internal controls over financial reporting./librliManages a team of financial managers and individual contributors to meet all time commitments for completion of monthly and quarterly financial information; works with audit and tax teams on ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements./librliCoaches, mentors and develops leaders; ensures organization is identifying and grooming next level leaders; leading in succession planning activities for their functional area/librbr/ulbrbSound Like You?/bbrYou might be just who we're looking for if you have . . .ulliBachelor's Degree Years in Finance or Accounting required.brMaster's Degree Years Preferred/lili10+ years of professional experience and a proven track record working in financial operations of a large publicly traded company./lili5+ years of leadership experience across multiple functions; and/or previous executive leadership roles/liliHighly developed expert financial knowledge including well-developed business acumen and proven technical cost accounting skills. Ability to use a broad business acumen and holistic perspective to see opportunities and risks of potential trade-offs./librliStrong relationship and consensus-building skills necessary to manage projects in a complex matrixed environment.
