Aerotek Technical Recruiter in Detroit, Michigan


As a temporary Technical recruiter you will be responsible for providing high-quality, full lifecycle recruiting services. You will use a blend of cutting edge recruiting techniques to identify, attract and secure quality experienced professional candidates. You will partner with and guide hiring managers through the selection process and build and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, recruiting sources and the community at large to accomplish hiring strategies. Sourcing mainly software engineers, DBA's, Developers, etc. Someone with a history of technical recruiting would be ideal. They are willing to see

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3-5 or more years of hands-on recruiting experience across multiple functions and industries. Tech recruiting experience preferred. • Evidence of well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills. • The ability to work independently and with urgency. • Previous experience utilizing social media (LinkedIN Recruiter, Facebook, Twitter) to recruit • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word • Evidence of excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail and good judgement

They work with IBM and workday so those will be nice to haves as well.
