Join us!/spanbJob Posting Title/bTechnical Project Manager - ElectrificationbJob Description Summary/bThe Electronic Control Systems and Actuation (ECSA) Project Manager manages and coordinates product development projects including the technical feasibility assessment, planning, design optimization, cost/schedule management, risk assessment/mitigation, project communication and ongoing production support. The Project Manager also achieves the quality, reliability, timely production and ongoing support of new or enhanced products as identified in organizational goals and associated project specifications.bJob Description/bulliLeading engineers from multiple engineering disciplines to develop deliver automotive driveline mechatronics systems such as electrified driveline systems, electronically actuated clutch systems, electronically controlled shift systems, All wheel drive systems./liliWorking across multiple disciplines in System V development process to develop driveline mechatronics systems by integrating electrical electronics hardware, mechanical actuation components, controls, embedded software./liliCoordinating work status with customer engineering including application vehicle integration topics. Negotiating system functional delivery content with customers, setting implementation and defect resolution priorities and managing release of functions to customer. Create summaries routinely to report progress to customer, review and negotiate implementation scope./liliIncorporating Functional Safety, ISO26262, functions with ASPICE process implementation for driveline mechatronics systems. Leading preparation completion of quality audits incorporating ISO26262 and ASPICE./liliUtilizing project planning, scope break down allocation, issue management resolution, with Agile principles utilizing IBM RTC./liliLeading development of driveline mechatronics systems architecture per customer requirements, with development integration test plans, including remote development teams and third party deliverables./liliBreakdown work scope for implementation in SW releases, from Epics, Stories and Tasks using RTC tool, assign to leads and engineers/liliLead Change Control Board with stakeholders in determining work scope/liliAssign, follow-up and close issues in PLM EIR system and IBM RTC system./liliDevelop, maintain and execute the project development plan, Create accuracy and clarity in Project planning, measure and report critical metrics on execution/liliSimplify complexity, create summaries with metrics for regular reporting of project status to management team./liliLead team to meet technical, quality and project budget targets./liliSupport development of the Sub system and SW architecture, requirements, development plans, and test plans./liliIdentify risks, define execute mitigation strategies./liliDefine acceptance criteria for deliverables from remote development teams, including cross-divisional teams and third-party suppliers./ligt
