div font class="bold"Talent Acquisition Professional - Americas, Enterprise Improvement/fontIn this critical role on the Enterprise Improvement Talent Acquisition team, you will support recruiting throughout North America for a highly successful practice of senior professionals in a rapidly growing firm.Known internally as Talent Acquisition Senior Professional - EI, this is a full-time opportunity located in Southfield, Michigan, and reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager - EI. Paid relocation is not available.font class="bold"Key Responsibilities:/fontulliBuild and execute sourcing strategies to use in sourcing for highly specialized roles across all EI practice areas and levels/liliBuild diverse talent pipelines and execute on referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns/liliEngage with students and help deliver the EI campus and internship level programs, including conducting interview screens and coordination of schedules/liliPlan, coordinate and execute recruiting events/liliReview resumes, schedule candidate interviews, and support the overall recruiting process/liliMaintain recruitment tracking including candidate pipelines, recruiting calendars, preparing status reports/liliParticipate in special projects and operations focused assignments/liliAdditional responsibilities as identified/li/ulfont class="bold"Qualifications/Requirements:/fontulliBachelorand#8217;s degree; Business, Human Resources or related area highly preferred/lili3+ years, or equivalent, of business and recruiting experience, ideally in a professional services firm environment/liliExperience with candidate selection, sourcing; familiarity with screening and/or behavioral interviews/liliOrganized workstyle; effectively manages and prioritizes workload, pays attention to detail, assumes and manages multiple tasks without close supervision, adapts to change, and consistently meets deadlines/liliExceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for providing distinguished customer service/liliExperienced and comfortable working and communicating directly with senior executives and professional staff/liliHigh energy style.
