As a new Sales Manager, you will spend your first year aggressively learning our business and working closely with our sales leadership team. Upon completion of your training, you will be assigned to lead a team of sales employees, responsible for driving revenue and supporting customer needs.

What you’ll be doing:
Drive revenue through the coaching and development of new and existing team members
Interview, hire, onboard and train entry-level sales representatives
Assist sales reps with account strategies to increase revenue
Hold the team accountable for daily activities and results
Ensure employees maintain the highest level of integrity
Coordinate the allocation of support staff to accounts with high volumes of business
Occasional travel to meet with prospects and customers
Monitor sales reports, take action as needed and communicate trends and market conditions to senior leadership
Work with the Learning and Development department to help maintain and continuously enhance sales training programs
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of sales management experience
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Transportation or service industry experience is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to coach, lead and motivate others
Ability to be on call 24/7/365
Open to relocation throughout your career if needed
Capable of providing strong professional references – customer, superior, peer and direct-report
