Talent is a core strategic priority to our growth objectives and we are looking for an exceptional senior leader to drive candidate sourcing and talent acquisition across a number of high priority areas for our North American Digital and Experienced Hire needs. The NAMR Experienced/Digital Talent Acquisition Director will serve as the idea generator behind our North America lateral and digital recruitment efforts, defining the strategy for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent. This individual will lead, coach and develop large team and will collaborate with other members of our Talent Acquisition teams in North America and beyond.The Director will function, in the broadest sense of the word, as a leader in BCG - across the region and across various digital business units and organizations within North America including Digital, Platinion, Gamma, and other business units together with our Practices and local offices. The Director will work closely with a wide range of constituents to drive regional and global talent acquisition efforts, ensure effective delivery of a "One BCG" approach.Please note: The duties listed below may be modified based on the experience, expertise and capacity of the specific candidate identified for the role.YOU'RE GOOD ATand#8226;Working with North America, DigitalBCG and Practice Area leadership to drive the strategic agenda for best-in-class digital and mid-level talent acquisition in North Americaand#8226;Apply deep understanding of digital talent pools to lead the talent acquisition team, develop excellence in processes, and track success measures to achieve BCG's hiring aspirationsand#8226;Work with leadership to develop the strategy to define and attract the ideal candidate profile in support of BCG's ambitions for Digital and mid-level hiring targets; develop and execute to achieve the visionand#8226;Monitor BCG's competitive position in the talent market and work with leadership to ensure compelling employee value propositionand#8226;Leading, coaching, developing and managing a high-caliber internal sourcing and recruiting team to identify, attract, select and hire top talentand#8226;Build and foster ongoing relationships with relevant candidates for BCG's talent needsand#8226;Enable timely and cost-effective sourcing, screening and cultivation of top talentand#8226;Creatively develop proactive candidate pipeline and devise unique sourcing methods to attract hard to find and passive talentand#8226;Work with DigitalBCG and North America marketing teams to pursue differentiated marketing and recruiting events (e.g., South by Southwest, Grace Hopper) that promote DigitalBCG among top-tier talentand#8226;Provide on-going feedback to DigitalBCG on candidate engagement and interest in BCGand#8226;Collaborating with NAMR Talent Acquisition Teams to define and drive efficient processes through leveraging centers of excellence and shared servicesand#8226;Work with leaders in Talent Acquisition to ensure the delivery of information, processes, data and screening tools in support of the businessand#8226
