We live the GM values in each of our interactions - focusing on building one team that can reach new heights in providing top line revenue growth to GM and each of our brand partners.Description of Role:The eCommerce assist manager of analytics will be responsible for producing key metrics dashboards and facilitating or publishing actionable data driven insights for the eCommerce team. This critical role will work alongside existing metrics teams to take inventory of key data needs, identify gaps, drive consistency in reporting and foster collaboration @ insight generation. The team will prioritize the key areas, including: CSAT, business KPI's, Network performance, DSAT, tool specific feedback, etc. Develop strategy for ongoing A/B testing by working with business owners and UX team. Establish key data views to consistently aggregate and trend. Assess and implement use of existing data tools. Key Responsibilities:* Assess current reporting capabilities including gaps and overlaps; start by "interviewing " ecom team * Lead the aggregation of key eCommerce metrics resulting in central "source" for entire team to access and use* Support individual eCom teams in developing metrics roadmaps by providing templates and tools; enable teams to track metrics in a way that is consistent framework.* Develop Center of expertise in the application and use of existing business analytics tools. Partner with other key subject matter experts to aggregate data and consistently trend* Enable Data driven decisions and facilitate team deliverables* Scale and Trend CSAT/NPS; co-ordinate short term and long term efforts to bridge from current to desired state.* Develop approach for voice of dealer DSAT across ecommerce space and work with GMIT and business owners to implement.Additional Job DescriptionRequired Skills and Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Management Information Systems* Prior Data aggregation experience- any industry* Ex
