Overview

FleishmanHillard, a global integrated communications agency is looking for an Account Executive to join Detroit’s social and innovation practice. This position is to support a large automotive client andwill be responsible for supporting and executing digital strategy and customer experience across key customer communication channels. Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling day-to-day activities for the client and customer engagement team

  • Collaborate with the brand marketing, tools, governance and intelligence teams to help inform strategy and impact on-going optimizations

  • Develop self-service training materials and manage the tracking and reporting of user completions and governance resources

  • Assist in additional projects such as audits, research, meeting coordination and written and verbal presentations

  • Monitor high volume inbox and facilitate resolution of incoming emails

  • Onboarding and offboarding of new users and tool access per user

  • Handling/routing/tracking tool functionality

  • Coordinate with clients and senior members to draft user communications and newsletters

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience incommunications supporting digital or social media programs (in-house, agency, or other)

  • Excellent writing capabilitiesand understanding of current trends in social media, digital and customer experience

  • Knowledge of social media and analytics software with experience including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Instagram, Twitter, Flickr, YouTube, Pinterest, and more

  • Experience with social media tools such as Brandwatch, Khoros, or LivePerson, a plus

  • Multitasker, self-starter, proactive, problem solver, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
