Henry Ford Health System Access Technology Analyst in Detroit, Michigan

The Access Technology Analyst (ATA) is responsible for capturing user requirements to develop or modify collaboration products that address complex business problems. In addition, the ATA will participate in focus groups to obtain user feedback, identify themes, design user stories and wireframes; as well as document new feature and enhancement requirements for various access related applications. Individuals in this role must be analytical thinkers, highly-skilled communicators and people oriented in order to mediate and bridge the relationships between technical and business stakeholders. Individuals in this role are quality and detail oriented in the requirements gathering/analysis process. The Analyst will facilitate project management processes and technology tools to design solutions. The ATA uses contact center software/systems to provide strategic direction for Contact Center initiatives.


  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field required. (Degree in Analytics, Project Management, and Management Engineering preferred).

  • One to three (1-3) years of experience preparing and presenting data analytics to support strategic planning preferred.

  • One to three (1-3) years of related project management, LEAN, analytics, or system experience preferred.

  • Strong computer skills and aptitude for: Network environments, Microsoft office applications, Outlook, CRM, and Workforce Management.

  • Experience managing applications Access applications such as Workforce Optimization, CRM, IVR, call routing or reporting software and systems preferred.

  • Must possess the following personal qualities: Problem solving skills - ability to approach problems logically and trouble shoot.

  • Able to maintain confidentiality requirements in this Human Resources related role.

  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Seeks out new learning experiences.

  • Possesses excellent time management skills, including: multitasking, setting appropriate priorities to accomplish multiple tasks with multiple deadlines.

  • Employees are expected to keep their area clean and organized as well as common areas, as assigned.
