Studio Project Manager / Trainer
Job Description & Qualifications:
The Studio Project Manager/Trainer is responsible for leading, tracking & deploying a variety of Design Studio projects plus implement new tools, processes, and workflows through training initiatives. Projects include visualization efforts & future state; VR/AR strategies; implementing AI (Artificial Intelligence) into the design process; development of modeling & visualization tools; R&D into new tools, technologies & applications; analyzing, evaluating, and improving current processes; designing and deploying training programs; providing studio support for all CAID tools, techniques and processes.
As the Studio Project Manager / Trainer your responsibilities will be but are not limited to...
Apply program management skills to lead multiple projects including visualization, VR/AR and other emerging technologies.
Conduct R&D into new technologies, tools and workflows.
Conduct strategic planning sessions with appropriate business partners including BIT (Business IT), Design management, Design teams, etc.
Maintain accurate records, track training metrics and generate reports to management.
Work with vendors and suppliers to coordinate studio efforts.
Bachelor’s Degree in design or associated fields
1+ years of experience in CAID tools (AutoStudio, VRED, SpeedForm, Maya, Gravity Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier, MS Office, SharePoint).
1+ Program management and training experience leading projects and teams.
Knowledge and ability to resolve issues regarding workstation configurations, monitors, Wacom tablets, system performance, softwares/drivers, etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think creatively to discover innovative design solutions.
Strong team player with ability to collaborate.
Self-starter with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
