Description:

The client's new Product Organization is taking shape. The product team’s responsibility is to obsess over improving the customer experience through software products and, ultimately, help be a reason that customers choose and stay with client.

This person is someone who creates strategy, sets direction, and understands the business of software.

This person needs to have experience running the business of software: having a deep understanding of customer needs and determining the products needed to meet those needs.

Experience driving product vision with a business acumen.

Knowledge of multiple functional areas, including product ownership, User Experience (UX)/User Insights (UI), sales, customer service, finance or marketing. Understanding of go-to-market commerce enablers (e.g., payments, loyalty, subscriptions, etc.).

Ability to propose descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics for the users and business area

Experience with managing products for software developers

Experience leading cross functional teams to execute a common objective

Experience working in a matrixed team structure and influencing across product areas

Ability to partner closely with Engineering, User Experience (UX), and other cross functional teams to create, drive, and deliver an innovative, compelling, and user-friendly experiences to your user

Ability to deploy split testing, managing prioritization with platform and users and providing data

Ability to interpret data results and offer solutions

Ability to align priorities with users and platforms taking ownership to deliver and solve issues

Outcome oriented to deliver the product, evaluating the progress in each interaction

Top Skills Details:

1. 4-5+ years of Product Management experience

2. Experience with managing the delivery of software products (not in an engineering or manufacturing background)

3. Experience driving the product vision within multiple functional areas including product ownership (ex. User Experience (UX)/User Insights (UI), sales, customer service, finance or marketing.
