Looking for a self-motivated person to be responsible for maintaining the hospitality services for a fast-paced national account law firm located in Bloomfield Hills Michigan.The duties for this position include but are not limited to:Loading, running and unloading of glasses, plates, silverware, bowls, and serving utensils in 5 dishwashers located throughout officeSetting up conference rooms with complimentary beverages, restocking utensils, mugs, gasses and condimentsCoordinating the delivery and set up of catered food services for conference rooms and special events.Discardut away excess catered food as appropriateWipe down tables, chairs, and restoring conference rooms to the ready state.Set up tables and chairs for special eventsMaintain kitchen/hospitality office supplies at appropriate levelsRotate and maintain perishable kitchen supplies.Provide reception relief for receptionist for breaks and meal break.Use customer provided web-based software to maintain, schedule and coordinate conference room requestsTake direction from receptionist, customers, and on-site management team to maintain service level agreements.SkillsProficient in the use of Microsoft Office SuiteOperate coffee brewing equipment, dishwashers, microwaves and other equipment as neededPerform various reception dutiesMaintain all logs and reporting documentationMaintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitudeConsistently adhere to business procedure guidelinesAdhere to all safety procedures and company policies.Take direction from team leader and/or managerEnsure we are consistently providing a high level of service with attention to detailParticipate in cross-training and perform other duties as needed.Perform other tasks as necessary / assigned.Exela is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equality opportunity employer.
