A fast growing automotive company is looking for a HR Assistant to support HR functions in corporate office, coordinate onboarding, workstation set up and miscellaneous HR tasks to support the need of the office.The responsibilities including but not limited to: coordinate the equipment and workstation needs of new hires and interns.Assist with onboarding/offboarding processProvide administrative support for HR executivesCommunicate with recruiters on status of open positionsCommunicate and coordinate HR needs between locationsPrepare documents and manage records as assignedMiscellaneous tasks as assignedBachelor degree or equivalent work experienceStrong organizational, problem solving and customer service skillsExtreme accuracy in quality of workStrong written and verbal communication skillsWindows operating systems and Microsoft office programsOffice is located in Auburn Hills, Michigan, Full time positionPlease send resume to info@ashfordconnex.com
