UBS Financial Services Senior Client Service Associate in Birmingham, Michigan
A Client Associate services clients and provides operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors. This role
requires the employee to be fully registered. Must have at least 5 years of industry experience.
• Educate clients on account services and capabilities
• Input client information into the financial planning tools and Firm tools
• Assist with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• Ensure appropriate documentation is collated for new accounts and service requests

Your experience and skills:
Leverage communication channels to enhance relationships with clients
• Maintain management systems with up to date client information
• Organize logistics for team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• Provide team with calendar detailing daily, weekly and monthly activities
• Identify service opportunities for clients
