The goal of the Human Resources Development Program is to develop core HR and HR operations talent who have a well-rounded understanding of the HR function through experiences in operations.
The Human Resources Development Program internship offers you the opportunity to gain experience within our US HR Operations team. During this 12-week internship, you will own a project and drive differentiated results!
Project assignments could be in areas such as:
Employee Relations: Data Analysis & Application
Talent Acquisition: Continuous Improvement, Social Media Strategy
Benefits & Compensation: Executive Compensation
Minimum Background and Experiences:
Progress in Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Human Resources with an anticipated graduation date of May 2022
Demonstrated experience with Data Analytics & Project Management
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Preferred Background and Experiences:
Prior Human Resources internship or experience
Customer service experience

This position is located at our global headquarters in Saint Joseph and Benton Harbor, Michigan . Whirlpool Corporation’s headquarters is located in the community in which we were founded.
