emSCOPE OF POSITION:/em Responsible for ensuring that the preparation of all baked goods in accordance with company specifications and standards. emESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:/em The following is a list of the main duties and responsibilities. All duties must be performed in accordance with Tribal, Federal, and other applicable requirements, organizational specific policies, procedures and practices. liAssists in the production of all baked goods to ensure optimal guest satisfaction./li liEnsures that all baked goods are monitored for taste and visual appeal, and that portion control measures are followed./li liWorks with various kitchen equipment in a proper and safe manner./li liAssists with kitchen inventory and stock rotation as needed./li liAssists in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation./li liParticipates as a Team Member with cooks, Supervisors and other employees in producing a smooth and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of guest service./li liMaintains the highest level of confidentiality./li liResponsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record as outlined in the FireKeepers Casino Hotel Attendance Policy./li liOutstanding example of and a credit to FireKeepers Casino Hotel./li /ul emMINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/em An applicant's education, training and experience must be sufficient to demonstrate that the applicant possesses the ability to successfully perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.
