FCA US, LLC Launch Control Program Manager in Auburn Hills, Michigan
The Launch Control Program Manager is responsible for all assembly division metrics as they relate to the launch of new models into the assembly plants. The Manager will oversee the plant launch teams and activities relating to the standard launch process. This position will manage launch support budgets and resources. The Program Manager coordinates activities including station readiness, control room, launch curves, and option introduction impacts with the assembly plants. Travel for this position can be extensive.Basic Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree•5+ years of automotive manufacturing experience•Participation in at least two major launches•Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization•Ability to manage large projects with minimal oversight•Skilled in Microsoft Office software, specifically in MS Project•Available to travel both domestically and internationallyPreferred Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in a Technical Field (Engineering, Mathematics or related)•Master’s degree•PMP Certification a plus•Knowledge of FCA systems (FIS, PFS, etc.)FCA is proud to extend to its employees a compensation and benefits package that is designed to retain their talent and to motivate and reward job performance.
