FCA US, LLC Enterprise Data Architect Autonomous Vehicle in Auburn Hills, Michigan
FCA is looking for an Enterprise Data Architect within the ICT organization to work with Product Development — Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). The Enterprise Data Architect will consult with information technology teams and business to assure the architecture is aligned and capable of supporting the business strategies. Create global strategic recommendations and roadmaps concerning collection, storage and use of data across ADAS. Develop architectural solutions for simulation, machine learning and vehicle data collection and ingestion. He/she will partner with teams across IT and the business to govern the creation of all physical and logical data models. This will be the subject matter expert of the underlying data and data products; and current and potential future uses of data. This will work with the business partner in determining the information the enterprise will capture, retain and potentially monetize.Basic Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology related field•Minimum 5 years of professional experience in information technology•Expertise in optimizing organization, storage, transformation, and retrieval of data for both operational and analytical•Experience in working with big data technologies, data warehousing, meta data management, Hadoop, and cloud computing•Experience in documenting the interfaces and data movement, including the frequency of movement, the source and destination of each step, how the data is transformed as it moves, and any aggregation or calculations•Ability to design, Improve, and lead the implementation of the movement of data throughout the enterprise•Define integrative views of data and manage related metadata•Experience in defining the technical standards and guidelines to encourage reuse of existing data stores•Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize day-to-day responsibilities•Analytically minded, critical thinker, problem-solver a must, meticulous attention to detail•Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships•Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills•Proficient with Microsoft Office applicationsPreferred Qualifications:•Advanced machine learning technologies and spark•Versed in various database modeling and design techniques•Proficient with Google Suite applicationsOur benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
