Major responsibilities

•Support local Facilities department with day-to-day operations & additional task required

•Assist with employee new full-time onboarding/off-boarding

•Serve as site support/concierge with site meetings, catering, set-up

•Office/coffee supply ordering and management

•Direct contact & management for mailroom services and support

•Working knowledge of Fed Ex shipping and receiving and requirements (including international shipping)

•Front desk receptionist & concierge support i.e. catering, room set-up, coffee stations

Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a facilities management and/or services support role

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge necessary

-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

  • Excellent communication and time management

  • Knowledge of switchboard phones from 10 -30 lines

  • Proven knowledge of conference room setup & cleanup

  • Office supply and equipment ordering experience desired

  • Applicant must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

  • Proven ability to use the internet for research
