Job DescriptionThe Tax, Emerging Accounts - Proposition Strategy Lead will be responsible for developing customer value propositions and identifying new growth opportunities for the segment, based on understanding of unmet customer needs and analyzing customer data. Works with Product Management to translate buyer personas and voice of customer into discrete product propositions. Works with Digital to align and develop the customer journeys that support the proposed product propositions.The key areas of responsibility are:•Develop customer value propositions for the segment including packaging, bundling and pricing recommendations in conjunction with Product, Digital and Commercial Excellence•Assess market, competition, customer needs and develop buyer personas collaborate with Sales, Account Management and Commercial Excellence to deliver and update the segment footprint and market analysis, ensure customer journeys and GTM activities are aligned with buyer personas•Execution and tracking of strategic initiatives to drive growth and improve retention for the segment through the digital and other channels, including expansion to new geographic markets; partner with Digital, Product Management, Sales, Account Management and Marketing to execute on those prioritiesResponsibilities Deliverables:•Continuously gather and analyze customer needs, buyer personas, market trends and competitive landscape to develop discrete product propositions; in collaboration with Product and other teams•Gain customer insight from multiple sources through data analysis to support pricing, bundling, product packaging, market analysis projects•Work with Digital and Marketing to align on and develop customer journeys that support the product proposition and buyer personas in this segment•Partner with the GTM Enablement Lead to develop roadmap for all GTM activities•Gather and update customer profiles and buyer personas to define and communicate customer needs; identify new data sources and processes to support this objective•Assess and deliver recommendations on growth opportunities in new markets and geographies•Manage and execute on strategic growth initiatives through programs that support the segment goals•Assist in strategic planning process, track and report on the status and performance of strategic initiatives•Lead or participate in agile workstreams on buyer persona, customer journeys and customer experienceSkills Experience:•4-6 years' experience in a similar role or with product management or internal consulting experience; background in customer value proposition development desirable•Strong data analysis and analytics experience; ability to synthesize and communicate insights from quantitative and qualitative data from disparate sources•Excellent project and program management skills•Strong customer product portfolio knowledge•Experience in working with value segment customers, experience with ecommerce or digital channels would be a plus•Strong collaborator with focus on innovation and ability to build and leverage partnerships with Product, Digital, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Commercial Excellence•Bachelor's DegreeAt Thomson Reuters, we believe what we do matters.
