Aerotek Entry Level Drafter (Substation) in Ann Arbor, Michigan

Responsibilities:

The person will work with electrical engineers and designers to develop utility construction packages from conception through construction. You should be able to work in design teams, be self-motivated to perform assigned tasks, and take initiative to learn new skills. Further, you should be able to learn new software packages efficiently and retain and apply on the job training.

Education/Experience required:

  • Associate’s Degree in an accredited program, or have sufficient industry experience and the ability to demonstrate comprehension of both software platforms

  • Strong understanding of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software with emphasis on AutoCAD And MicroStation

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

  • Some travel should be expected
