Job DescriptionCorporates, Global Accounting Firms, Account Manager (Tax, Research or Advisory/Legal)These roles support specific business segments and functional areas of the Global Accounting Firms (ie Tax, Research/Knowledge Management or Advisory Legal).Key areas of responsibility are:-Serve as key point of contact for 2-3 clients on all aspects of their relationship with us, including billing, contracting and training.-Ensure the right resources are engaged to deliver the highest level of service to each client.-Anticipate areas needing improvement, make recommendations for addressing and execute.Accountabilities:Deliver a superior customer experience to customers in a specific segment of our business. These customer segments include Tax (where this role would manage the ONESOURCE suite), Tax Research (serving the Knowledge Management function of the Tax businesses) and Advisory Legal Services.*Deploy specialized knowledge of our products to manage the daily relationship with clients.*Provide on-the-ground intelligence to sales and relationship managers with opportunities to grow the relationship; proactively identify areas of risk and work with the Global Client Leads and Lead Account Managers to address.*Execute on contracts to ensure that each customer's specific terms and conditions are followed. Provide input as part of the renewal process on desired changes to contracts.*Develop strong day-to-day relationships with clients.Key Deliverables:*Support the delivery of revenue retention targets in conjunction with the entire account team.*Maintain regular communications with the broader account team to ensure that the client is receiving superior service and support.*For each major renewal, work with the account team to deliver a proactive strategy for achieving the maximum revenue return.
