div bSHAPE THE FUTURE OF MOBILITY FROM DAY ONE./bThis position is part of our Advanced Safety and User Experience segment (ASUX) and our Connected Services (ACS) business unit.bSummary:/bThe Manager of Sales Operations supports business activities and processes that help a sales organization run effectively and efficiently in support of business strategies and objectives. Sales operations activities significantly contribute to the success of a sales organization and that organizations ability to meet/exceed business targets. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys optimizing processes, creating analyses that inform business decisions, and supporting strategic initiatives that drive sales growth. The Manager of Sales Operations will participate in multiple projects at a time, focused on the details, while finding creative ways to tackle big picture challenges. bResponsibilities and Duties:/bulliCollaborate with the VP, Sales to improve sales performance through better processes, technology and methodologies/liliStreamline and Enhance CRM offering through and outside of SalesForce including proposals, opportunity management, invoicing, etc. in an effort to improve our Sales tools / processes/liliSpearhead key initiatives to create consistent operating processes, scale best practices, and drive measurable improvements in sales team performance/liliDevelop reports and automate key performance metrics, reporting tools, and dashboards to help drive revenue and optimize sales efficiency/liliCollaboratively develop training materials and user-facing documentation for business processes/liliOperational and analytical support for company and sales leadership/liliLead efforts to improve market analytics data on prospective customers / market share as well as analytic insights on existing customers with opportunities for improved penetration within the Transportation Industries Segment/liliCoordination across key parts of the business (i.e. Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, Marketing) to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction/li/ulbMust Haves (Basic Qualifications)/bulliBachelor's degree (Economics, Finance, or Engineering w/ Business focus)/lili5+ years' experience using Salesforce CRM including Salesforce reporting and dashboards/liliExpert level Excel spreadsheet skills/li/ulbNice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications)/bulliStrong analytical mind-set with ability to work with data and deliver insights to management and business partners/liliAbility to work cross-functionally, with multiple teams and stakeholders/liliSalesForce, SQL, and Database query skills a plus/li/ulbTraits we seek:/bulliCuriously investigate everything - ability to solving problems analytically, creatively and collaboratively/liliLead with confidence - thought leaders who empower those around them/liliLearn by doing - an entrepreneurial mindset that's driven by hands-on experimentation/liliEmbrace resilience - seeing every challenge as a learning opportunity and invitation to grow/liliPassion for product excellence - build great products with distinct customer value and apply continuous improvement and innovation/li/ulbAbout Connected Servicesl
