What you’ll be able to do:

The Global Warranty Operations Policy Specialist is responsible for handling various warranty and policy, senior management and communication requests. The Specialist is also responsible for being the lead of GWO Policy Analyst and assisting in special projects as needed.

The minimum requirements we seek:

• Bachelor's Degree

• 5+ years of Technical automotive experience or training

• 3+ years of Microsoft Office experience

Our preferred requirements:

• Dealer contact or dealer employment experience

• Warranty and policy experience

• Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills

• Familiar with Ford warranty policies and procedures

• Familiar with various Ford systems or ability to adapt
